Standard Return Policy

NON-WARRANTY RETURN› Returns are only allowed on items purchased within 90 days
› There is a 20% inspection, handling and restocking fee charged
› KEA does not refund cost of shipping
› All returns requesting refund or exchange must be in resalable condition
› Once product is received at KEA it will be inspected
› Any pieces that are damaged will not receive the full refund amount
› The retail cost for each damaged item will be deducted from the total refund amount 

Order cancellations by the customer AFTER an order has shipped will be treated as a NON-WARRANTY RETURN, even if they have not yet taken delivery of the item.

KEA is not responsible for part compatibility with other brands or other company’s parts being out of spec.


KEA DOES NOT export.  If you have purchased a part internationally you should refer any returns to the distributor you purchased it from.  KEA cannot service and support international customers directly.


WARRANTY RETURNS:Returns are only allowed on items purchased within 90 days. Merchandise returned for warranty issues will be inspected, repaired and returned to customer. If item is not repairable and damage is established to be covered under warranty, the customer will receive replacement or credit as determined by KEA.

OEM Return Policy
Customers have 7 days from receipt to inform KEA of any manufacturing or material defects.
Returns on OEM Branded Products are only allowed for manufacturing or material defects.
Refunds will NOT be issued on OEM Branded Products
Faulty OEM Branded Products will be repaired or replaced.
Tooling and fixturing remain the property of KEA unless invoiced and paid for.
KEA reserves the right to hold all customer inventory, tooling, fixtures, and intellectual property until all outstanding debts are paid in full.
